THIDOLS ships to all countries in the world, using delivery partners and national postal services.


THIDOLS will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of THIDOLS. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.


If the parcel is not delivered to the address provided in the order confirmation because there is no one to receive it, THIDOLS cannot be held responsible. You will get a refund for your order once the parcel is returned to our offices.


THIDOLS is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during shipping.


Please verify carefully all your shipping information before completing your order. THIDOLS cannot be held responsible for lost parcels / erroneous deliveries due to wrong address, phone, door number and / or other wrong shipping information.


Orders of available items will be processed the following 1-2 working days of the order’s placement, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction.


We ship from Monday to Friday. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays nor on public holidays.


We will make efforts to begin delivering your pieces as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that, in case your order contains one or more items in Pre-Order, the totality of the order will only be shipped when the pre-ordered items are available. In case you wish to receive the items separately, don’t hesitate to contact us.




The shipping costs currently charged by THIDOLS are as follows:

Portugal & Spain: free

European Union: € 8 (free for purchases over € 100)

Rest of the world: 14 €


International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. THIDOLS is not responsible for the payment of these cartoons and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, THIDOLS has no control over these cartoons and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these cartoons may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these cartoons when your parcel arrives.


Please note that in case that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or is not available for receiving the parcel / doesn’t pick up the parcel as requested by the courier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.


This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.
